Designed using themes from boxing conditioning, this 12-week workout program is for anyone that wants to get fit quickly. From beginners to the most advanced fitness enthusiast, we have developed a program that can challenge you at all levels.
Boxing is known as the toughest sport in the world.
We modeled this program based on how boxers get ready for fights but it is not just about shadow boxing, we provide a functional warm up, 75+ exercises that will support conditioning and strength training.
This program combines all the best of boxing conditioning, body weight exercises, plyometrics, functional training and more.
We ramp up the difficulty from novice to pro level of boxing conditioning. The number of workouts per week increase over time, and workouts will take approximately 30-50 min.
If you're not familiar with boxing, that's ok! There are videos and descriptions for each workout.
You can also chat with us in the mobile app with any questions.
The best part about this program is that you can access it from your phone via our mobile app and the workouts can be completed anywhere! You can start the program whenever you want and it will run for 12 weeks.
